Brief (two- to three-word) description of assignment or article
Date

If assignment is more one page, include brief description and which additional page:
Add 1 (for example)

DOUBLE-SPACE the content of the assignment.
Use 12-point type.
When sending an attachment, use only the .doc format. Please do not send attachments with .docx or other formats.
Please use university email, rather than D2L email for your assignments.
